Beechnut Tree Service has always given free estimates. That has been our policy from the very beginning. This entails coming to your home and surveying your tree's and giving certain recommendations about how they should be trimmed or removed depending on the condition of the tree's. We have a Certified Arborist come out and personally inspect the tree's for health, structure, and other problems that the tree might have. We are a rare company that looks to save tree's instead of removing them all. Some of course have to be removed for various reasons but we believe that should be a last resort.
As I stated in the earlier paragraph, when you call Beechnut tree service for a free estimate you are always assured that you are getting an honest opinion of your tree's health by a ISA Certified arborist and you don't have to worry about getting ripped off by these fly by night tree hacks running around neighborhoods. Sometimes you are not going to get the answer you are looking for. For example : If you want me to remove a tree that is no danger to anyone , any utilities, or buildings because you see a hole in it and think its unsafe. Being that I am Certified arborist and I know that just because there is a hole in a tree doesn't make it unsafe, then I will not apply for a permit and explain that it does. I will not lie!
I was recently called out to a home about a stump grinding job. When I got there I immediately noticed this huge Camphor tree on the side of these peoples home, It was a monster! After meeting the owner he informed me that he wanted the side of this tree that was bulging over on his property ground down. I informed him that grinding that close to the trunk is not only dangerous but would kill the tree, or cause it to collapse onto his neighbors home. Well he got irate and his wife said "then get out of here! Get off my property" and I was just there giving them my Honest and FREE opinion. Not to mention my time and gas getting over there.
Is a free estimate really free? Well its free for the customer but its not free for the company which spends time and resources that are involved in giving a free estimate. Beechnut is a five star rated company and prides ourselves on giving the public the hole truth and nothing but the truth. As I stated earlier about the hole in the tree that this gentleman told me that 2 other arborists told him that "it was hollow and needed to come down". But he didn't give me the names of the 2 arborists? and it certainly wasn't hollow. Beechnut tree does not believe in just removing tree's for no reason and we do not appreciate people who lie to try to get us to go along with there scheme's. This tree wasn't even on this gentleman's property it was on his neighbors down the street. He was just one of the HOA Board member's.
As a customer of Beechnut you not only get free estimates and other helpful hints and diagnosis of your tree's health, but you also can call at anytime and I will personally answer all of your questions. Just the other day one of my customers called and said that her new" Yard guy" said, that her Yaupon Hollys were diseased and needed to come down and she was all upset. I told her that the holly's were fine, I had just trimmed them up a few months ago. Any way I told her to tell him that she has a Certified arborist caring for her tree's and if he has any questions to call me.
Folks this is the kind of ripoff artists that are out there running around giving false information to the public. And having Beechnut tree on your team will protect you against some of these so called tree specialists that only have one thing on their minds and that is cutting down the easiest tree or tree's in your yard for profit.

The International society of Arboriculture is a worldwide organization dedicated to Tree's and they are the ones that created the arborist certification course and other tree related courses that you can obtain threw them to advance your knowledge about tree's.
They also have the names of all the Certified arborist in your particular area that you can call to get a real evaluation of your tree's health if you live outside Beechnut tree's area which is that Tampa bay area.
In closing I would just like to say that you might not get the cheapest estimate from Beechnut or the answer that you are looking for. What you will get is an estimate/diagnosis of what is the best approach to your tree's from the tree's perspective and what is going to be the best plan of action to keep your trees their healthiest and living a long, long, time.
