Who We Are

Hello, My name is Richard Clayton and I am the owner of Beechnut tree Service. I have been a tree care Professional since 1998 when I started working for the city of Clearwater in their Urban Forestry Division. I received my Arborist certification from the International society of Arboriculture in 2001, I have also taken extensive classes in tree climbing , and have competed in various tree climbing competitions here in Florida. I am currently studying for my Master Arborist certification and should be taking the test this spring. We are a small Tree Service with 3 full time employees that have been with this company for many years . We are expanding our company constantly acquiring new equipment and learning new techniques for making our job  easier and faster thereby  reducing our time and costs and passing that savings on to the customer.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Our History

Beechnut Tree service was created in 2001. The intention was to bring Professional tree care to the industry and also provide reliable and prompt service with total customer satisfaction in mind. Some of the services provided include tree pruning, tree thinning, tree removals, crown reduction, dead wooding, demossing, stump grinding, and tree risk assessments, We also provide tree diagnosis, and tree care consulting . Safety, reliability , honesty, and public awareness of the importance of trees and treating our customers with respect and dignity is the number one goal with Beechnut Tree Service.     Total customer satisfaction and education about the care and maintenance of trees and palms is a big part of our commitment to are customers also.
